Following your authorisation, we will immediately contact your employee in order to assess their requirements and those of their family.
In the case of the employee (or the family members) holding a non EU nationality, we will instantly begin the immigration process, including arranging any and all of the required documentation for your employee(s).

Preparing to move to The Netherlands
From the word go, your employee will be granted access to MySettleService, an online tool that will provide all relevant information in addition to being a handy communication portal. The opening pages of the personalized MySettleService account contain comprehensive information about the destination city. They will benefit from detailed descriptions of the various neighbourhoods, amenities, and general characteristics of the city. In addition to this, we can facilitate a guided tour of the chosen city with one of our experienced consultants, allowing your employee to make the most informed decision about their preferred neighbourhood.
Getting Quality Accommodation at a Reasonable Price
Settle Service offers a variety of approaches when it comes to finding suitable accommodation. Experience has shown us that many employees like to be ‘hands on’ when choosing their new home. When this is the case we adopt an advisory role, being available to advise them on any properties they might seek out on their own but also providing your employees with various options based on their preferences.
Alternatively we can remove the burden completely from you and the employees, simply providing them with a list of properties to choose from. As with much of our service, we present these options through the MySettleService account, allowing the employee to consistently access all their relevant details in one convenient location.
The Role of the HR Manager
